Vision & Hearing Screening

K-3rd students receive vision and hearing screenings every other year and as requested by a teacher or parent. This is completed in September or October. A vision chart or photo screener is used for vision screening and an audiometer is used for hearing screening

If you do NOT want your child to be screened, please complete the attached "opt-out" form and return it to school. If you have any questions about screenings, please do not hesitate to call."
